Welcome to my Page!

I am an experienced and Passionate Football Coach and Director. My career worked in several Countries Football federations and Top Clubs at Technical Position. The mission of Cambodia was Japan Football Association's project. Also, I have experience working in the J- League clubs for a long time as an assistant of Head Coach Marius Johan OOFT (Netherlands) and Wim Jansen.

My Football Coaching Philosophy,

1. Never give up play until the end.

2. Fun to watch Football. Fun to play Football.

3. Play Football with Identity and Cooperatively.

The playing is not temporary, it would be that any difficult, but it is necessary to continue with perseverance. That's the base of the achievement.

Fun Football will increase excitement and playing motivation. Therefore, I believe that the players could overcome the obstacle. And express to spectators the Attractive Football!

Football must be decided in the movement. That is always with some change in the play has the creativity, and it is absolutely basic to play in cooperation with the teammate.

Those points are very important factors and the pillars of my Football Philosophy.

I can train and improve the players with those contents in the daily training. And I have confidence that they will develop surely.

My style is that I challenge to express play Attractive and Passionate Football and my mission follows...

To bring success and good results.

To develop the top players, Team, and Coaches. (From Youth to Professional)

To design youth development programs and projects.

To organize for Football environment.

To manage the Top Club.

To design a structure of Top Club.
